Private part sooo itchy! ( girls only PLEASE!)?

im 12 yrs old nd my private is really itchy! Its been goin on for the past few days nd when i pee it burns really bad! Ive already started my period if tht has anything to do with it nd i have no discharge... Im really scared to go to my mom cuz she might have me go to the doc nd thats a big NO for me!!! Any info at all would great... Thx!
