How much discharge us normal?

I'm 12 and I've been getting vaginal discharge for at least 2 years now. Just this year, iv'e been getting heaps. It's really uncomfortable and makes my undies gross. It's clear, sticky and strechy but sometimes white and thick. Is this normal and how do I make it more comfortable?
