Could i be pregnant????????

Ok I am really confused I had intercourse may 29 through June 2 ttc well I took a pt right be fore my cycle was supposed to start negative next day I started my cycle only lasted 2 days now almost a week and a half later I am having vaginal soreness no intercourse taking place husband is now in Afghanistan and I am having lots of white clear like vaginal discharge could I possibly be pregnant?
