You should always tell an adult or a doctor as soon as you have a lump on your breast just incase,I think you should tell your mum and go and get it checked to be on the safe side,Its your mum and nothing to be embararssed about to show her or tell her please tell your mum,and plus if you tell someone and get it checked out it will make you less stressed as to what it is
