What is the best chemistry project for 12 class regarding getting maximum marks and teacher's choice? plz.help?

These are all pretty straightforward projects, to get max marks just do something that is above the standard of all the above (if you have enough time), to me all the above can be done within a week, how about an idea like extraction of ethanol from waste organic material (eg food peels, cellulose)
