Is possible for a boy to sing like a soprano without falsetto?

I mean, I'm almost sixteen, and I want to become a soprano. I have not a low voice. I will cut my penis anyway because I want to change my sex as soon as I can. Will cutting my penis be enough to get a soprano voice? I'm not kidding, I'm totally serious.
