Brown discharge from vagina?no links?

Ok so back in may i found out i had chlamydia(yes im ashamed)please dont judge.i caught it from my ex bf and i gave it to my new bf.we both took the pills at the same time and waited 8 or 9 days literally until we had sex again(unprotected).i have a brown discharge that has been coming out for like 3days and my period was 2 or 3 weeks ago so i dont think it could be because of that.Lately my abdomen or maybe the uterus hurts more then usual when i have sex(and i dont think its because my bfs penis is huge)i also had spotting at the beginning of june but i thought it was because my period was coming.i also have been smoking more smoke cigarettes then i usually do does that have anything to do with it?please dont judge me i just want a answer.help.
