Can i make it into junior high area all state in new york with the score i got?

I got a perfect score on a level 4 solo for vocal at nyssma solo festival in early june. With this score do i have a good chance of getting into junior high area all state or should i have done a level 5? I'm a soprano, and i heard its harder to get in as a soprano. I live in zone 2. Also, am i counted as JUNIOR high area all state, i auditioned in my eighth grade year and im going into freshman year, thats still junior right?
