Dehydrated puppy, lack of supplies, help please?

If puppy is drinking water, then he is not dehydrated so I know you are lying and you deserve to be harassed. Any animal that is dehydrated will not survive as this will cause the organs to shut down. Just ask you vet, provided you have one.
