16 year old with Really itchy/smelly vagina! ?

Im a virgin so I know it's not an STD but my vagina itches really badly, near the hole and vulva and labia. There is sometimes little white specks in the hairs and my vaginal discharge is White and sometimes has black spots in it but that hasn't happened in a while. Also when I wipe my vagina after using the bathroom there are sometimes Little brown specks. I also have a odor. Could it be a yeast infection or vaginitis? Please help!!
