WHY WOULD I BE SPOTTING?! PLEASE ANSWER!!!!!?

My period started the 20th and it ended around the 25th it was a normal period. Then I was diagnosed with pleurisy on around te 29th and started taking antibiotics on the 30th. I ovulated the day before yesterday and yesterday and haven't had sex since I'd say Friday morning. Today I ha a very very light pink vaginal discharge too light for even a panty liner (only when I wipe) and I have not had any cramping or anything. Is this normal? And is it caused by the antibiotic? The last time I spotted light pink when I wiped like this I was taking an antibiotic also (April I believe) so just thinking it could have something to do with that. I don't spot otherwise. Anyone ever had this happen? Is it the antibiotics or just ovulation or is it even normal?! It's a holiday, no dr....
