Why is there discharge?

I'm using my friends account because i don't have one but basically I have a constant discharge. It is thick & smells funny. I am not sexually active and I never have been. I got tested and I think my doctor said its "B-strep"? I was treated with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and it went away but it came back after my period, why did it come back?
