My goat can't get up?

I have a three year old goat that I found laying down in her field. We have a herd of 25 goats and they were all recently wormed. we took her to the barn and I thought she was dehydrated so I gave her electrolytes and water but she still can't get up. She does not have diarrhea and her gums are pink so im posItive she doesn't have worms. None of the other goats have this problem.
