My female dogs temperature is 37.8 degrees Celsius ?

Before anyone goes on about spaying I have taken my dog to the vet for regular check up and an ultrasound I just want to know if she is in labour or not she has lost heaps of discharge and has been puffing and panting but still eating and drinking like normal
