Long story short I'm still dehydrated or showing symptoms after 3 days.?

Okay I was off and I started really early working on my car I didn't eat breakfast or drunk anything until around 1 (a bottled water) I relaxed on the couch and started getting chills I feel my head I have a the makings for a fever. I haven't eaten so I went and got a pizza went to store and got a bag of dog food now I'm really feeling funny. I went home and ate some slices and drunk some koolaid fever getting worse and I start having a bad headache I fall asleep on the couch and 2 hours later a full blown fever. I take an aleve and drunk 5-6 glasses of water I fall asleep on the couch again 2-3 hours later the fever was going away but the headache stayed minor now. I went to sleep around 11pm and woke up the next morning minor headache fever gone. I went to work at 9am.....WHAT?! light job cashier 2 hours in headache is back I go on break and stop by a water fountain drinking tons of water my headache went away. I tried to go to the bathroom and could barely pee 2 more hours I go out to lunch yeah 8 hour day I stop by walgreens and pick up some aleve go to Sonic and eat chicken strips and have a soda I also have a cup of water I preferred the water. I started feeling better again ALEVEEEEE and as soon as I got home about 6 hours later I feel bad again I drink more water it always took the headache away. Today same thing but 4 hour shift nearly the killed me last hour I spent standing by a water dispenser drinking cup and cup of water after another I felt like I was about to burst I just kept peeing and peeing pale yellow to clear if that helps. When I got out I felt hungry grabbed some Krystal was able to eat 3 out of 4 and most of the fries I think because they potatoes have electrolytes? I don't know I went home and drunk more water again and peeing a lot and the fever slowing made its way back I didn't take an aleve no matter how much I want to just to see if it go away with just drinking water no luck so far. How long till im my normal self and can go back to dehydrating myself? oh yeah I also tried a cold shower fever headache went away but then it just came back again after I got dressed.
