Is it just my Crohn's Disease?

I am 20 i was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when i was 18. First i went into the hospital and had a severe case of c-difficile colitis. after that was cured i went back even sicker! i was there for 3 months! I lost 30 pouds in like 3 weeks. I couldint even hold myself up any more i lost so much muscel. i was vary low on electrolytes with a fever of 102-105 forever. i couldn't keep anything down. i was puking every like 2 hours just blood and werid stuff, all mybowle movements were blood with green stuff floatingg on top! II was literally dieing! then they did a colonoscopy and found my Crohn's. i had c-diff with a corhn's flare up. i was vary sick. I have been takeing the same crohn's meds for all this time no probs no flares ups or anything but what i do have is...ever sence this all happend i dont have the energy i use to. my muscle never came all the way back i cant walk or exercise the was i use to. Im always dehydrated! low on nutrition im fatigue, sleepy, low on energy, back pain, joint pain. I feel like a old person and im only 20! i cant work like a normal person cuz im always exhausted! my body is just weak! i would think after 2 almost 3 years my body would have ercoverd by now. so is this just part of my crohns or what? im not over wait what so ever, so thats good but im tyred of people looking at me like im lieing when i saw im tyerd or they think im lazzy. i don't look sick but im far from a heathy 20 year old :( and it really deperses me...
