Hi, I'm 18 years old and I need help?

I recently received a STD(trichnomas) and a yest infection back to back. After treatment I had my first pap smear and it came back abnormal. I've been having a brown discharge before and after my cycle that makes my stomach hurt a little.. I don't know what the discharge is but I'm scared. I went to a OB/GYN and they took another pap smear test to see what the problem is, now I'm just waiting for the results. Can somebody help me out please
