Quick chemistry question please help!!?

Is there any more information for the question? With just the information at hand here's my guess. Consider the equation HCl +H2O -> [H3O+] + Cl-. In this case Cl- is the Lewis base and also the conjugate Bronsted base. If this is the kind of material being taught in your class I would choose Lewis base since there is no option for Bronsted base. It's not an electrolyte or salt because Cl- is not bonded with another element (i.e NaCl, or HCl). Cl- would be the product of a strong electrolyte that is ionized but it is not itself an electrolyte or salt.
